With operations in different countries and multiple communication channels, employees were starting to feel overwhelmed by scattered messages and unsynchronized activities. Surveys launched on local holidays, conflicting event dates, unread emails—everything was happening at once.

There was an urgent need to bring clarity and alignment to internal communication.

Our Approach

We developed The Ultimate Communication Plan—a comprehensive global campaign designed to centralize all internal initiatives through a single, collaborative calendar.

Breaking away from Sigma’s conventional visual language, we introduced a vibrant color palette, conceptual illustrations, playful graphics, and dynamic animations. Even the project’s title deviated from the norm, sparking curiosity and instant engagement across teams.

A bold shift in brand tone and style, using vibrant visuals and conceptual storytelling to break through internal noise. The centralized calendar became not just a tool, but a symbol of alignment and empowerment, transforming how global teams planned and communicated.
