La Querencia
Story-driven editorial piece for a pre-construction real estate development
We designed a launch magazine for La Querencia at a stage when no physical construction had yet taken place. The piece integrates narrative development, content structure, editorial design and custom illustration to communicate the project’s concept, territorial context and long-term vision.
At its early stage, there was no built infrastructure to showcase. The challenge was to generate perceived value and credibility without relying solely on architectural renders, positioning the development through its landscape, master plan and lifestyle proposition.
We developed an editorial system grounded in place-based storytelling. The magazine presents previous projects by the developer, detailed explanations of the concept, and insights into local materials and regional context. Custom illustrations of native species from the Sierra Madre Oriental anchor the narrative in its real ecosystem. The overall framework communicates four core pillars: time, movement, detail and nature, reinforcing the project’s long-term vision and differentiation.
