Designing a Platform for Creativity & Recognition
The Universidad de Monterrey needed a compelling way to showcase the most outstanding student projects, key events, and accomplishments of its Industrial Design program. The challenge was to create a visually engaging magazine that not only celebrated student creativity but also served as a recruitment tool for prospective students and a statement of excellence for universities and organizations worldwide.
We designed DInnJournal to be as dynamic and innovative as the projects it features. Bold, eye-catching covers set the tone for a magazine that embodies creativity, while clean, structured layouts inside ensure clarity and impact. Each edition was developed with a unique visual system, incorporating illustrations, collages, and typography that maintain a balance between artistic expression and professional presentation.
The editorial design integrates cover elements into sections such as editorials and closures, making each issue feel cohesive yet distinct. High-quality photography and concise storytelling highlight the depth and innovation of student projects, making the publication both informative and visually striking.
